Photon correlation of photoluminescence emission of a monolayer WS2

Abstract

We observed the photon bunching of photoluminescence emission from a Tungsten disulfide monolayer by photon correlation measurements. The mixture of spectral diffusion and thermal light emission is considered to explain the bunching signature.
