Gain tunable all-dielectric metasurfaces incorporating III-V semiconductors

Abstract

In this work, we present a tunable all-dielectric metasurface based on III-V semiconductors (InGaAs/GaAs). Active amplitude tuning of reflected optical wave using the proposed metasurface has been demonstrated through both numerical simulation and experiment.
