Abstract

We introduce oblique single-molecule nanoscopy, obSTORM, to directly image any oblique sections into depth in thicker cells and tissues without difficult z-stack acquisition. obSTORM offers unprecedented uniform super-resolution throughout a sample depth of ~100 μm.
