Abstract

Nonlinear and Electro-optical properties of Epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) materials and Epsilon-and-mu-near-zero (EMNZ) materials have been investigated. The ENZ enhancement was shown to be a slow light effect and EMNZ enhancement was found to be nonexistent.
