Quantum Interference Control of Injected Photocurrent in an AlGaAs Waveguide

Abstract

We measured the directional photocurrent induced by quantum interference between two- and three-photon absorption in a semiconductor (AlGaAs) waveguide, which allows the design of compact devices for comb offset frequency measurements.
