Multimodal deep tissue imaging using Wavelength Modulated Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy and Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

We demonstrate a multimodal system integrating optical coherence tomography (OCT) with wavelength modulated spatially offset Raman spectroscopy. This has the capability to detect co-registered Raman and OCT signals from targets deeply embedded in tissue.
