Quantitative TLC-SERS Sensing of Allergen from Seafood

Abstract

We report a quantitative analysis method using thin layer chromatograph in tandem with surface-Enhanced Raman scattering sensing to detect seafood allergen, which is enabled by the principal component analysis and partial least squares regression.
