Femtosecond Laser- Colorized AZO Films on Flexible Mica Substrates

Abstract

Laser-colorized aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) films are fabricated using femtosecond laser annealing. By varying the laser fluences, ripple-like nanostructures are generated on the surface of AZO films, which produces cyan, yellow and orange colors.
