Abstract

Intense multi-terahertz waveforms drive electron-hole recollisions in monolayer WSe2 and enable subcycle switching of the valley pseudospin. This dynamics manifests in high-odd-order sideband generation and opens the door to valleytronic protocols at optical clock rates.
