Frequency Comb phase-locked Cavity Ringdown Spectroscopy

Abstract

We present a frequency comb phase-locked cavity ringdown spectrometer capable of arbitrary frequency steps with 1 kHz absolute frequency accuracy, and demonstrate determination of molecular line positions with better than 40 kHz accuracy.
