Experimental verification of computational superposition imaging for compensating defocus and off-axis aberrated images

Abstract

An aberration compensation method with computational superposition imaging is demonstrated. In this method, aberrated images are superposed to equalize the point spread function three-dimensionally and the superposed image is deconvolved with a filter.
