Validation and Clinical Deployment of a Spatial Frequency Domain Imaging (SFDI) System for Wide-field, Quantitative Subsurface Analysis of Tissue Health

Abstract

We present instrument validation and clinical results using a novel spatial frequency domain imaging system, which utilizes structured light projection and wide-field camera detection for quantifying subsurface, spatially-resolved tissue scattering and absorption properties and chromophores.
