Abstract
Using an extreme-ultraviolet tabletop diffraction microscope, we demonstrate unprecedented resolution by imaging structures in an extended reflection mode. Titanium nano-patterns are reconstructed with a 40nm transverse resolution; surface variations are imaged with sub-nanometer axial resolution.
