Differential Phase Contrast and Digital Refocusing in a Computational Reflection Interferometric Microscope for Nanoparticle Imaging

Abstract

We develop a computational interferometric microscope with controllable illumination for detecting nanoparticles using reflection-based differential phase contrast (DPC) and digital refocusing algorithm. We validate improved nanoparticle detection on 100nm polystyrene spheres.
