Fourier Ptychography – Using computation to address physical optical challenges

Abstract

COSI Abstract: Fourier Ptychography has created a paradigm shift in microscopy by enabling aberration correction to be performed computationally. I will discuss some unexpected applications for Fourier Ptychography, including drug discovery, lunar explorations and ophthalmology.
