Abstract

This work analyses several subsampling schemes to recover the two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (2D NMR) spectrum. To validate the performance of each scheme, subsampling rates are varied and applied to different 2D NMR techniques: HMBC, HSQC, JRES, COSY, and TOCSY. Simulation results show that the optimal empirical subsampling rate is 35%.
