Non-Conventional Optical Technique to Determine Spatio-Temporal Characteristics of Objects with Specially Designed Apodizing Filter

Abstract

A novel approach for detecting parameters of the single or structured objects by the radially-quadratic transmittance apodizing filter is described. In contrary to the image processing, the developed technique deals with non-matrix detection setup which operates in the linear sensitivity range.
