Visual measurement of pulse laser ablation process by use of digital holographic interferometry

Abstract

We introduce digital holographic interferometry (DHI) to the visual and quantitative measurement of the ablation process induced by pulsed paler. Two different approaches and the corresponding experimental results will be presented in this paper.
