Analytical brightness compensation algorithm for traditional polygon-based method

Abstract

An analytical brightness compensation method is proposed for the traditional polygon-based method, where a flat power spectral density and the paraxial approximation were used. The proposed method separates the brightness compensation from the fabrication process.
