Adaptive Fluorescence Digital Holographic Imaging

Abstract

Fluorescence self-interference holographic microscopy combined with computational adaptive optics are demonstrated, thus the imaging performances of the technology are improved with less recording time, anisotropic aberration correction and improved imaging resolution.
