Variational approach in time-averaged interference microscopy for full-field vibration profilometry

Abstract

We propose a new algorithmic solution for time averaged interference microscopy called Variational Hilbert Amplitude Imaging. In a robust, automatic and single-frame manner it calculates full-field vibration amplitude map from recorded interference pattern.
