Digital holographic microscopy and machine learning approach for the classification of inflammation in macrophages

Abstract

Digital holographic microscopy system is developed for the quantitative phase imaging of the macrophages. The results are utilized as input of the support vector machine based classifier for the detection of inflammation in macrophages.
