Abstract

We propose a method to deal with the 2-D image blur problem in holographic displays caused by using light source which has extended spatial area and spectral linewidth. Our method is based on pre-compensating the source image based on the simultaneous algebraic reconstruction technique (SART) when generating the corresponding hologram.
