Scattering of arbitrary wave from 3D dielectric surfaces by Born series expansion

Abstract

We propose a method that allows for computation of wave field propagation through 3D micro-objects. Method has high efficiency for scattering cases of arbitrary distribution of incidence wave. Numerical simulation results are provided.
