How lasers are used in radiography: From light to charged particles

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

For many applications, it is necessary to "see" into dense materials, and often to resolve, with high resolution in both time and space, the details of the material. This talk reviews the latest technologies of Radiography, using not only short pulses of x-rays, but of charged particles as well.
