Abstract
We show how SHG can be used to elucidate 3D structural data on protein arrays of collagen, actomyosin, and tubulin. Polarization analysis yields data on molecular organization and symmetry. Extensions to the study of diseased states will be discussed. We describe how this method is superior to other forms of microscopy.
