Linear optical quantum information processing, metrology and imaging

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Recently it was shown that scalable quantum computing is possible with only linear optical elements and single-photon sources and detectors. I will discuss experimental and theoretical progress on these ideas and show how to adapt them to quantum communications devices as well as to sub-shotnoise quantum metrology and quantum imaging.Full-text article is not available.
