Exposure-schedule study for 3-D spatial-DSSM holographic data storage

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

An exposure-schedule theory of uniform diffraction efficiency for three dimensional Spatial-DSSM volume holographic storage systems is proposed based on previous 2-D schedule. The overlap-factor is expanded to a matrix and applied to compensate the erasure effect. Experimental results are obtained and holograms with uniform diffraction efficiency were presented.
