Imaging of Colon Cancer in a Mouse Model (ApcMin)

Abstract

Healthy and adenomatous mouse colon were studied using optical coherence tomography (OCT), laser induced fluorescence (LIF) and laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM). All three modalities were accurately able to identify diseased tissue.
