Abstract

Modern photolithographic patterning tools, offering centimeter-scale spatial coherence and sub-quarter-micron feature resolution, open new frontiers in waveguide-based, computer-generated, volume holographic device design allowing for advanced spectral filters, multiplexers, wavefront transformers, pulse shapers, and interconnect fabrics.
