Nonlinear Optical Characterization of Organic Molecules Using a White-Light Continuum Z-scan

Abstract

We report measurements of nonlinear refraction and nonlinear absorption spectra for organics molecules, in a range from 450nm to 800nm using a white-light-continuum Z-scan. The results show the nonlinear refraction changes sign.
