Exciton-Polaritons in Double-Quantum-Well based Resonant Photonic Crystals

Abstract

Using angle dependant reflection and luminescence spectroscopy we demonstrate coupling of two exciton resonances in periodic double-well GaAs/AlGaAs based multiple-quantum-well structures to Bragg modes of the background photonic crystal.
