Fabrication of Singulated Micro-Retro-Reflecting Elements

Abstract

The fabrication and testing of singulated micro retro reflecting optical elements using conventional photolithography is presented. The elements consist of dielectric skeletons coated with a metallic thin film, and are optimized for retro reflectivity in the near infrared.
