High-speed holographic tweezers and imaging

Abstract

Holographic optical tweezers, using the latest spatial light modulators and graphics-cards calculate holograms at 200Hz, fast enough to compensate the Brownian motion. Coupled with high-speed imaging of multiple particles, various new system configurations are possible.
