Precision THz time-domain spectroscopy with Two Offset-Linked Frequency Combs

Abstract

Two offset-linked 1 GHz frequency combs enable precision THz-TDS. Enhanced resolution at the few MHz level is demonstrated through resonant subharmonic excitation. The system is capable of software-based toggling between ASOPS and ECOPS mode.
