Pendellösung Effect in One-dimensional Porous Silicon Photonic Crystals

Abstract

The intensity exchange between diffracted beams in 1d porous silicon photonic crystal at Laue geometry was numerically simulated and experimentally observed. The variation of beam intensities exhibits periodical dependence on the sample thickness.
