Ocular imaging and crystalline lens optical properties

Abstract

The crystalline lens shows extraordinary abilities in the young eye (focusing, aberration compensation). We present measurements of optical and structural lens properties (shape, GRIN, accommodative response) with imaged-based methods (wavefront sensing, Purkinje, Scheimplfug and OCT).
