Digital holographic microscopy for 3D tracking of nanoparticles

Abstract

We propose a digital holographic microscope to track gold particle in Brownian motion. We are able to localize 100nm particles in 3D from single shots and to reconstruct trajectories consistent with the theoretical law of diffusion.
