An Integrated Hybrid Nanophotonics Platform

Abstract

Based on a hybrid-plasmon platform, we report the first demonstration of low-loss, deep-sub-λ waveguiding and plasmon semiconductor Nanolaser and strong emitter-to-waveguide coupling towards wavelength-scale photonic integrated circuits and quantum optics devices.
