Scanning Confocal Microscopy with A Microlens Array

Abstract

Scanning confocal fluorescence microscopy is performed with a refractive microlens array. We simultaneously obtain an array of 3000 20µm × 20µm images with a lateral resolution of 645nm and observe low power optical sectioning.
