Phase Singularity Motion in Speckle Pattern Evolution

Abstract

We find that phase singularities in microwave speckle patterns transmitted through disordered samples diffuse as the frequency is scanned and relate the singularity diffusion coefficient to the photon diffusion coefficient through the medium.
