Design of AND Optical Logic Gate in Photonic Crystal Waveguide

Abstract

We report the design for AND optical logic gate based on 2D triangular lattices of air holes in Si. The proposed design has been simulated using FDTD method and has a bit rate of 1.016 Tbit/s.
