Photonic Crystal Enhanced Microscopy for Imaging of Live Cell Adhesion

Abstract

Photonic Crystal Enhanced Microscopy is a new label-free cell imaging technique quantifying cell-surface interactions with high spatial resolution for observation of intracellular gradients in cell adhesion strength that occur during adhesion, chemotaxis, differentiation and apoptosis.
