Dynamic control of the tilt of image plane for 3D tissue microscopy

Abstract

We describe a new technique for controlling the orientation of the image plane in situ during 3D microscopy. The effective field of view is substantially enhanced for imaging tissue, e.g. the retina in intact eye.
