Knowledge of the Principles of Oxygen Transport in Solid Cancers Enables Translational Decisions

Abstract

This lecture will start with a brief overview of causes of tumor hypoxia and end with clinical data, showing that optical spectroscopy holds promise in predicting treatment response from oxygen dependent cancer therapies.
