Amplification of Angular Rotations using Weak Measurements

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate the first weak-value amplification of the azimuthal degree of freedom. We estimate rotations using shifts in angular position and orbital angular momentum, via spin-orbit coupling and an applied geometric phase.
