Abstract

We demonstrate a mode-locked semiconductor laser producing a stabilized frequency comb. An intracavity spectral processor allows for programmable spectral phase adjustment for maximum bandwidth while maintaining a Pound-Drever-Hall lock to an intracavity Fabry-Pérot etalon.
