Comparison of sensitive nonlinear saturable absorption of topological insulator Bi2Te3 powder and nanosheets

Abstract

The saturable absorption properties of two sizes of Bi2Te3, namely large powder prepared by commercial crystals and small sheets by further hydrothermal exfoliation, have been compared under low-intensity laser excitation at 1.0 and 2.0 μm.
