Broadband THz Spectral Characterization with THz Bandpass Filters

Abstract

Metal-mesh bandpass THz filters often exhibit undesired transmission at their block-band frequencies. By solving an inverse matrix problem with regularization, we overcome this limitation and correctly characterize broadband THz radiation from 1 to 30 THz.
