Continuous Wave Laser Induced Damage Threshold of Ge28Sb12Se60 at 1.07 microns

Abstract

The continuous wave laser-induced damage threshold of chalcogenide glass, Ge28Sb12Se60, is measured for a 5s exposure of 1.07 µm light focused to a spot size with 1/e diameter of 830 µm, following the ISO standards.
